Who this is for
You've had a breast cancer diagnosis, or you're supporting someone who has
You're tired of conflicting nutrition advice and want to know what's actually true
You'd like to hear from specialist cancer dietitians in person, with time to ask your own questions
You'd value a warm, relaxed morning with people who understand, rather than another long list of rules
You're hoping to hear that a particular food, diet or supplement will change your cancer outcome. We'll be honest about what nutrition can and can't do
You're looking for a personalised meal plan or advice - that needs a 1:1 conversation. Your £25 is fully redeemable against a session with us - book a Discovery Call
You'd prefer something online. This is an in-person session in Chesham

Hosted by
Founder of Green Light Nutrition, Jo Cunningham supports people after a cancer diagnosis, and those struggling with digestive symptoms, with science-backed nutrition without the overwhelm.
Sophie Hamilton works with Jo, and has over a decade of experiencing supporting cancer patients, at any stage after their diagnosis.
