We Provide Expert Cancer Nutrition Support, Tailored to You

If you or someone you know has recently been given a cancer diagnosis, you probably have a lot of questions around food and diet

What are the best foods to eat if you have cancer?

What shouldn’t you eat during cancer treatment?

Is sugar feeding cancer? Is dairy and soy safe?

Should you follow a Keto or Vegan diet, or try Intermittent fasting during cancer treatment?

The truth is, you’re unlikely to be doing anything that will make your cancer worse, but it’s time to stop the endless Googling.

Our personalised cancer nutrition advice is focused on adding what’s nourishing – not removing what you love

At Green Light Nutrition, we have specific expertise in managing nutrition for cancer patients, at every stage, and are trusted by oncologists and cancer centres across the UK.

Whether you’re newly diagnosed, undergoing treatment, living with metastatic disease, or looking to optimise your health post-cancer, our team of cancer specialist dietitians are here to support you every step of the way with advice tailored to your unique needs.

One thing we always stand behind is this: You have enough on your plate, without removing everything you love from your actual dinner plate. That’s why we’ll always aim to add things to support you throughout treatment and recovery, rather than taking away the treats that get you through the day.

“Worth every penny”

"The session with the dietitian was worth every penny. They explained all the science behind nutrition during chemotherapy and after, what is important and what to add to your diet. Afterwards I received a detailed report of nutritional advice. Definitely recommend."

Lubomira

“So well informed”

“Jo is fantastic. I started working with her before undergoing the Whipple procedure to remove a tumour from my pancreas, as my digestive system was to change quite drastically. She was so well informed about this procedure and what I'd need in the build up and after. She is thorough, helpful, kind and very quick to respond - always looking to answer questions and find solutions which is invaluable when working alongside the NHS who are brilliant but don't necessarily have the time to investigate complicated problems thoroughly. Would recommend to anyone in need of nutritional advice.”
