We recognise that digestive issues present differently in all of us – so the treatment protocols we advise are personalised to you.

We may recommend the Low FODMAP diet for conditions like IBS in certain cases, but it’s not typically our first approach.

Often, there are many other dietary and lifestyle strategies we can implement to effectively improve symptoms without resorting to restrictive measures.

If the Low FODMAP diet is deemed necessary, rest assured that we are fully qualified to guide you through all three phases of the process.

What's Included In The IBS Control Programme:

  • Personalised 12-week plan tailored to your symptoms and lifestyle

  • 4 expert-led appointments (1x1hr initial + 3x45min follow-ups) for guidance, troubleshooting, and progress tracking

  • DM support between sessions to help with accountability

  • IBS-friendly shopping tips with practical food swaps and meal ideas

  • Targeted strategies to improve digestion, gut health, and energy levels

  • Step-by-step FODMAP guidance (only if needed) to ensure a balanced, flexible approach

  • Exclusive discounts on IBS-friendly meals, Nerva gut-directed hypnotherapy, probiotics, prebiotics, and supplements – available only to programme clients.
